英文摘要 | Based on the learning outcomes and the credits, the European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training facilitates the learners' learning outcomes obtained in different countries and different learning context to be transferred and accumulated. It increases the value of the non-formal, informal learning, improves the transparency, comparability and compatibility of the national credit system for vocational education and training. It also promotes the transnational flow of the labor resources and the implementation of lifelong learning strategies in European Union. |
