北大教育管理研究：学科制度化的回顾与反思

Studies of Educational Management in Peking University in the Past 30 Years: Retrospection of Institutionalization of Educational Management Studies

本文将北大教育管理研究30年划分为三个时期，叙述教育管理的学科化在这三个时期的发展情况，分析北大教育管理学科化过程中的制度与文化支撑条件，并探讨了学科化过程中需要注意的相关问题。对教育管理学科化过程的回顾，一方面旨在自我反思，总结经验，汲取教训，促进今后的发展，另一方面也旨在与学术同行分享学科发展的体会。

Studies of educational management in Peking University in the past 30 years have experienced three periods. The authors describe the development of these periods， analyse the institutional and cultural conditions which underpin the disciplining of educational management studies， and raise some questions occurring in the process. Retrospection of the disciplining process will help to self-reflect， draw the experience and learn from the lessons， and it will also help to share the experience with the academic peers.
