The Old and New Institutionalism in Sociological Organizational Analysis and Educational Research

二十世纪十八十年代以来，制理论在社会科学的主要基础学科中重新兴起，对教育研究产生了重要的影响。本文试图系统地分析社会学组织分析的新老制度主义的发展过程、基本概念和分析框架及其在教育领中的应用，并探讨新老制度主义研究范式在教育组织研究中存在的问题及发展趋向。

The rise of the new institutionalism in social science， such as economics， politics and sociology in 1970s and 1980s， has exerted their great influence on the education research. This paper tries to explore systematically the development of the old and new institutionalism in sociology， their basic concepts， framework of analysis and their application in educational field. It also discusses the problems and trends of the application of the old and new institutionalism in the study of educational organizations.
