Integration of early childhood services based on combing education and childcare is becoming one of the trends in pre-school education reform. In the international context， the United Kingdom has accelerated the development of early childhood education and care in the late 1990s， and initiated the integration of the services related to young children at the same time. This article focuses on the process of services integration for young children in England in terms of the legislative， administrative， regulative and other dimensions， and outlines the children-oriented integration service.
