英文摘要 | Nowadays, there is a legitimacy crisis during the education governance of EU, which shows in three aspects: the crisis of EU citizens’ endorsement on EU education governance, the crisis of EU citizens’ query on the common value relied by EU education governance, and EU citizens’ deference and implementation on EU laws and regulations on education. The third aspect mentioned above develops further three dimensions: there is discord between EU laws and regulations on education and the value forming the social identity of EU, EU citizens’ query on the way of educational legislation and administration of EU, and the limitation that EU laws and regulations have expressed the value of education in EU. |
