在新的情势下，我们学习、传播苏霍姆林斯基教育思想，就要像他那样爱孩子，尊重孩子，发现和培养孩子的兴趣；引导和推进学生德、智、体、群、美、劳和谐发展，实现“办好每一所学校，教好每一个学生，使每一个学生得到成功”的目标。

Under the new circumstance， learning and spreading Sukhomlinski’s educational theories means loving and respecting children， discovering and cultivating children’s interest. Besides， in order to realize the mission of “operating every school well， teaching every student well， and cultivating successful students”， and we should promote the harmonious development of moral， intellectual， physical， aesthetic and labor education.
