中文摘要 | 通过对澳大利亚考察发现,全球化、信息技术和网络化、高等教育的大众化对大学的组织方式和教学方式形成了很大的冲击。譬如,知识的数字化和互联网,改变了人们获取知识的渠道和方式;冷战结束之后,经济全球化使教育资源尤其是学术人才的国际流通和留学生数量激增;高质量教育的期待和大众对教育公平的要求之间的矛盾日益尖锐;大学的功能也发生变化,各大学都企图通过社会参与、全球联系以及知识转移服务社会,寻求机会和激发知识的新发展。所有这些都在改变着大学的组织管理、教与学以及功能发挥的方式。 |
英文摘要 | Surveying on Australia, we can see globalization, information technology, internet and higher education massification make great impacts on the forms of university organization. For example, the digital technology and internet provide people with new channels and form to get knowledge. After the Cold War, international mobility of educational resources, especially the academic staff, has enhanced and the number of overseas students has increased rapidly. The conflict between the people's anticipation to high quality education and their appeal to education fairness becomes more and more severe. The function of the university has changed, and the university seeks new opportunity and makes the knowledge develop. All of these cause great changes in universities' organization, management, teaching, studying, and the form of performing their functions. |
