A Comparative Study on Employment Situation of Higher Education Graduates between China and the US

知识经济时代，大学承担着重大责任。大学的科研创新力在大学创新力体系中占有重要地位，而大学科技园通常是体现大学科技创新力的重要窗口。本文介绍了美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学通过其创新园进行科技转化的一些经验，包括科技转化在宾州州立大学的发展理念、组织机构、实现模式和效果影响等，并与我国大学科技园进行比较分析，从中探讨大学科技转化的新模式和新问题，为我国大学科技创新力的提升提供借鉴。

In knowledge economy time， universities' innovative ability in science and technology is an important part in the whole capacity of universities in innovation. Science Park of university is a window displaying its innovative capacity in science and technology. This paper introduces the experience of the Innovation Park in Pennsylvania State University， including development concept， organization structure， realization mode and the impacts. It compares the Science Parks between Pennsylvania State University and universities in China and discusses new modes and problems of university technology transfer. It intends to provide references for promoting the innovation ability of universities in science and technology in China.
