Neuro-Cognitive Science and Applied Educational Research: A Review of the Project 'Utilization of Neuro-Cognitive Science in the Improvement of Language Education in Hong Kong'

将认知科学和脑科学的研究成果有效地应用于教育和教学，已经成为教育及脑科学研究中最前沿的应用研究课题之一。香港中文大学等院校组织的“脑神经科学与教育：中英语文教学研究计划”，是这方面的一个开创性研究课题。本文分析介绍了该研究计划的“生态性”、应用性、跨学科性等特点，分析了这一研究计划的跨学科性质为建立整合性的理论带来了一个可能的方向－教育生物学。

The effective utilization of achievements in neuro-cognitive science in education process has been one of the forefront applied research themes. The project， 'Utilization of Neuro-Cognitive Science for the Improvement of Language Education in Hong Kong'， jointly undertaken by The Chinese University of Hong Kong and its sister institutions， was an innovative project in this field. With contextualized， applied， and interdisciplinary nature， this research project was a successful case of utilization of neuro-cognitive science in educational research. The relevance of the research to other parts of the world is also discussed in this article.
