Various Research Cooperation Models between Universities and Corporate and Their Influences on Faculty's Freedom of Scientific Research in the USA

在大学与企业多种多样的科研联系中，企业逐渐成为影响大学教师科研自由的重要因素之一。本文按照企业与大学科研联系的紧密程度，将美国大学与企业的科研联系方式归纳为三种模式，着重论述了不同模式中企业对大学教师科研自由的不同影响。本文旨在让人们了解现代社会中经济因素对学术自由的影响，从而规避企业对教师科研自由的不利影响。

Under various research links between universities and corporate， corporate become gradually one of the important factors which influence university teachers freedom of scientific research. According to the extent of the relationship， the research links between American universities and corporate are classified into three re- search models. The paper emphasizes on dissertating different influences on university teachers freedom of scientific research by corporate under different research models. The purpose of this paper is for the awareness of how academic freedom is influenced by economic factor， thereby to avoid adverse influences on university teachers' freedom of scientific research under various research links between universities and corporate.
