The United States has developed its career services for college students over a long history， and has formed a sound environment for career service. The government， the society and the universities and colleges all pay more attention to the career services and career development of college graduates， and make great efforts to establish the principles of providing the service to “all members and throughout the whole process”. Learning good experiences from other countries is to some extent helpful for the similar work in our country.
