A Comparative Analysis into Foreign Students Education Policies between Australia and Canada and Their Effects
Education of overseas students has become a green export industry in developed countries. Both Australia and Canada are regarded as good model countries of having large scale of foreign students for a relative medium scale of higher education system. This article firstly describes present situation and achievement of education for foreign students in the two countries， then compares their policies in attracting foreign students and their effectiveness， analyses the reasons for their differences. Finally it puts forward some policy suggestions for policy makers in China.
