Educational Policies and National Development in Russia

本文在概要追述俄罗斯教育政策历史发展轨迹的基础上，概要梳理了俄罗斯教育政策研究中关于教育政策的内涵与功用的新观点，侧重分析了教育政策与国家发展的相互关系以及新世纪俄罗斯主要教育政策对国家发展的意义。

Based on the brief introduction of the historical evolution of educational policies in Russia， this paper recapitulates some new viewpoints of the meaning and function of educational policies in research. In particular， it puts great emphasis on the interrelationship between educational policies and national development， and on the significance of the main educational policies for national development in Russia in the new century.
