中文摘要 | 为造就高素质高层次外语教育人才,中国外语教育研究中心对外国语言学及应用语言学硕士研究生培养模式的改革进行了探索。改革的具体措施包括:建设研究—教学型导师队伍,建立团队合作机制;坚持定期例会交流制度,制订导师指导规范,定期实施考核;优化课程设置,更新教学内容,改进教学方法和评估体系。四年多的实践表明,我们采取的措施对全面提升高层次外语教育人才的培养质量产生了明显成效。 |
英文摘要 | In order to produce high-quality foreign language educators, the National Research Center for Foreign Language Education has offered an innovative MA program in linguistics and applied linguistics. The innovations have been mainly shown in three aspects. First of all, through developing collaborative mechanism, we have formed a strong team of supervisors who are good at both research and teaching. Secondly, we have established a series of new rules for regulating and assessing the behaviors of the supervisors regularly. Thirdly, we have made efforts in bettering curriculum, updating course content and reforming the methods of teaching and assessment. Through four years' practice, the actions taken have been proved to be highly effective in improving the quality of postgraduates produced by our MA program. |
