英文摘要 | In the first part of the paper, the author analyses the latest education notions, the new ideas of foreign language teaching and the new assessment of students in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, the guideline document that prefigures historic reforms of foreign language teaching in Europe. In the second part, the author probes into the referential significance to the education of foreign language majors in China in the hope of arousing further discussions in the foreign language teaching circle in China. |
