《欧洲语言共同参考框架》要点述评及其对我国高等学校专业外语教育的借鉴意义

Review on the outline of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and its reference to the education of foreign language majors in China

本文共分两个部分：首先着重分析《欧洲语言共同参考框架：学习、教学、评估》这份预示着欧洲外语教育面临历史性变革的纲领性文献所蕴含的现代语言教育理念、新的外语教学思想及新的语言人才评估方法论；尔后针对这些要点，探讨其对我国高等学校专业外语教育的借鉴意义，以期引起国内学界同仁及相关机构的广泛重视和讨论。

In the first part of the paper， the author analyses the latest education notions， the new ideas of foreign language teaching and the new assessment of students in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning， Teaching， Assessment， the guideline document that prefigures historic reforms of foreign language teaching in Europe. In the second part， the author probes into the referential significance to the education of foreign language majors in China in the hope of arousing further discussions in the foreign language teaching circle in China.
