中文摘要 | 基于对10 所学校进行的实地调查,本文探讨了关于[一条龙]英语课程改革的学校类别差异。研究结果表明,从可能影响[一条龙]改革的各种因素来看,大中小学三类学校主要在[资金]、[教材]、[重大考试]、[家长]和[社会舆论]等五因素上表现出明显差异;就学校改革管理的机制而言,学校差别主要体现在[领导机制]、[培训发展机制]、[评估机制]和[信息交流机制]上。本研究的意义一是平衡改革中可能出现的新的统的过死的倾向,二是突出改革过程中信息收集和分析的复杂性。 |
英文摘要 | The present study has found, based on the teacher responses to a questionnaire survey in 10 schools, that there are school type (i.e., primary schools, middle schools and universities) differences on factors such as funds, teaching material, high-stake tests, parental support, and social environment, which are supposed to have influence upon the Streamline English Curriculum Innovation. Significant differences are also found between the three types of schools about four of the innovation management mechanisms, i.e. leadership, staff training and development, evaluation and communication. |
