[问题]与[理论]的平衡：再论[高等教育研究]与[高等教育学研究]关系

理清高等教育研究与高等教育学研究的关系是我国高等教育学科建设中面临的实际问题。本文简评了既往的研究观点，认为在高等教育研究实践中存在着以[热点趋向]为特征的问题偏向和以[坐而论道]为特征的理论与实践脱节。为推动我国高等教育学科的健康发展，需要平衡高等教育研究中[问题]与[理论]的关系，以问题研究为基础，深化学科理论体系建设，推动高等教育研究向高等教育学研究转型。

To make clear the connection between higher education research and high education theoretical study is a practical task in the construction of higher education disciplines. This essay reveals two defects in previous researchers， one is a tendency to hot spots wile choosing topics， and the other is the detachment of theory and reality. In order to push forward the development of high education disciplines， we need to make a balance between issues and theory in higher education research， to deepen the construction of discipline theory system on the basis of issue research， and to promote a change from higher education research to high education theoretical study.
