管窥维普数据资讯资源和万方静像数据资源，阐明资源优势，评述高等职业技术学院现状及发展，提出建设性意见。同时用静像数据与网络数据进行资源对比，指出优缺点。

This article examines the still image data resources of VIP and Wanfang electronics periodicals and identifies the advantages of the two resources. The present status of the occupational and technical colleges is analyzed and commented and constructive suggestions concerning their development are put forward. In the meantime， a contrast is made between the two resources through still image data and network data and their respective advantages and disadvantages are clarified.
