How to cultivate creative comprehensive talents is the major task of current higher education. To adapt the demands of current market on university specialty talents， university teaching mode should break through the traditional teaching methods and ideas， and should reform modern teaching modes and ideas so as to keep up with time development. The necessity of talents cultivation of university bilingual reformation was mainly illustrated， and the bilingual teaching mode that is suitable to national state was explored. Finally， the pluralism bilingual teaching mode is estimated to be the final university bilingual teaching mode.
