本文介绍了研究性学习的概念与特征，总结了研究性教学的实践。认为研究性学习的目的在于[学习]，[研究]更应体现在学习的行为过程中；研究性学习的动态性、学生的主动参与、教学团队建设、教学评价体系是影响研究性学习质量的重要问题。

Concept and Character of research-oriented learning is presented in this paper， followed by the summary on teaching practice of research-oriented learning. The purpose of research-oriented learning should lie in‘learning’， while the role of ‘research’is mainly shown in the process of learning. Dynamics of learning， learner’s active participation， organizing in teaching team and evaluation system of teaching are four important factors that influence the quality of research-oriented learning.
