中文摘要 | 本文探討教師領導的理論背景與影響,就教師領導的理論背景而言,本文係從領導理論的發展與分散領導的理論分別予以闡述,企圖尋求領導理論與分散領導理論的發展脈絡,以釐清教師領導的概念。就教師領導的影響而言,本文分別探討教師領導對學校、教師和學生的影響。此外,本文也針對教師領導的理論背景與影響之探討結果,提出對當前學校領導的五項啟示。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to examine the basis of teacher leadership theory and it's effects for schools, teachers and students. In terms of teacher leadership theory, the development of leadership theory and the concepts of distribute theory were delineated in order to clarify the concepts of teacher leadership. As to the effects of teacher leadership for schools, teachers and students were discussed. Finally, based on the discussion above, five implications were proposed for school leadership in Taiwan. |
