英文摘要 | Theaim of this article attempts to explore the perspective on school innovation and how to apply in education field by the four definitions of organization innovation. Conclude the majority of literature about school innovation. Theinnovation of school operation include operational innovation, curriculum and teaching innovation, extra-curriculum innovation, environmental innovation on campus, staff relations innovation, resources application innovation, and effectiveness future innovation. And serve as recommendations in the strategies for the innovation of school operation. We are hopeful that by way of innovation thought in effciency, innovation activities in efficacy, a systematize method, and worth knowledge to make establishment or education grow well. Itmust accommodate to the changed educational environment, and accelerate school education in progress. |
