The Strategies for Sustainable Development of Digital Learning Center in Community——A Case Study of Tianjin Xinyuan Community

本文首先对天津欣苑社区数字化学习中心的建设与推进历程、取得的成效，以及空间和组织结构进行了简要阐述和剖析。在此基础上，以推进天津欣苑社区数字化学习中心的建设与良性运转为视角，特别是以未来全市乃至全国范围内有效实施推广和复制为出发点，着重从资金的投入、数字化教育平台、教育资源的整合、管理机制的创新等方面就社区数字化学习中心可持续发展的有效途径进行了详实的论述与分析。

This paper begins with a brief description and analysis of the process of construction and development， the achievement， and the spatial and the organizational structures of Tianjin Xinyuan community digital learning center. Based on the above， from the perspective of promoting the construction and the smooth operation of Tianjin Xinyuan community digital learning center， and especially taking both Tianjin-wide and nation-wide popularization and duplication of the model in the future as a starting point， the paper mainly expounds and analyzes the effective ways for community digital learning center to maintain sustainable development in terms of funds invested， digital educational platform， the integration of educational resources， and the innovation of management mechanism.
