中文摘要 | 陶行知先生的”生活教育”理论,从生活与教育的关系出发,提出”生活即教育”、”社会即学校”。生活时时在变,而教育的根本意义是适应生活的变化。随着终身教育学习体系的建立和学习型社会的形成,成人教育成为终身教育体系的重要组成部分。面对成人学生个体差异和信息知识的日益共享,笔者认为,成人学习的特点体现为自我导向的学习方式、自主选择的学习策略、自我负责的学习态度、自我探究的学习方法和自我评价的学习模式。 |
英文摘要 | The “the life education” theory of Tao Xing Zhi, embarks from the relation of life and the education, proposed “the life is the education”, “the society is the school”. Now life is changing at times, but the basic meaning of education is in the adaption life change. Gradually it is established along with the lifelong education study system establishment and the foundation study society, adult education become the important part of the life-long education system. Facing the adult student individuality difference and information knowledge daily sharing, I think the study characteristic of the adult education lifelong development manifests for the self-guidance study way, the independent choice study strategy, the self-responsible study manner, the self-exploration study method, the self-appraisal study model. |
