中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是为了了解当代高校学生网络资源的使用现状,及个人差异影响学生上网活动的状况。研究发现,被调查的浙江大学学生(n=596)中80%都拥有个人计算器。大学生平均每天用计算器3.11个小时,上网2.51个小时,上网主要目的是为了学习、交流和娱乐。对列举的十五项网上活动,学生们表示经常参与其中三分之二的活动。但仅一半的学生表示经常登陆与学习有关的网站并经常收看在线节目;四成的学生经常使用与专业相关网站;绝大部分学生不经常浏览外文网站、与网上老师交流,但知道如何制作网站。此外,性别、年级等因素对大学生网络资源使用状况有着不同程度的影响。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine the Internet usage status among Chinese college students and how personal differences impact students’ online activities. Quantitative research was employed and the findings were descriptive in nature. Results showed that the majority(80%)of PARTICIPATING Zhejiang University(ZJU)students(n=596)currently owned PCs. On an average, ZJU students spent 3.11 hrs per day using computer, within which 2.51 hrs with online activities. The main purposes of their online activities were study, communication and entertainment. Most ZJU students participated in nine of the fifteen listed online activities frequently. Half of students used study related websites and browsed online programs frequently. Only 39% used major related web-sites frequently. Most students did not think that they: 1) used English websites frequently; 2) used Internet to communicate with teachers frequently; or 3) knew how to make web page. Gender and other five factors had different impact on students’ different online activities. |
