澳大利亞應用型人才培養模式及啟示

Mode of Training Application ─ Oriented Students in Australia and its Enlightenment

無論是傳統注重課堂知識灌輸的教學方法還是目前應用型大學強調實際操作技能訓練的培養模式，都不利於學生應用能力的發展。借鑒澳大利亞應用型人才培養模式及其成功經驗，國內應用型大學應該重點培養學生應用基本理論解決實際問題的能力。為此，需要調整教師教和學生練的關係，把訓練學生應用理論解決實際問題的各種練習放在教學的中心位置，同時要根據應用性標準精簡教學內容，減少課程設置。

Neither traditional mode focusing on knowledge imparting nor present mode of application type universities emphasizing on technique training can cultivate real application ability. Learning from University of Southern Queensland， application type universities should foster the ability of using basic principles to settle practical problems. Therefore exercise should be put in the center position in college educational program. At the same time， teaching schedule should be arranged based on application criterion.
