英文摘要 | With the development and popularization of the information technology, a new means for teacher assessment─Electronic Portfolio Assessment comes into being. By means of it, which is based on computer and internet, teachers can observe their achievements, make comparisons with themselves chronologically and with others crosswise, and keep learning and reflecting in an open environment to achieve professional development. Based on constructing an open environment, this article explores to create a model of electronic portfolio assessment and analyzes its characteristics and significance to teachers’ professional development. |
