英文摘要 | The existing studies on the connotation of teacher development paid attention to social requests, social value and instrumental value of teachers, and the cultivation of teaching knowledge and skill. However, they ignored the teacher noumenon, the property of life and the development of ethics and life conception. In the present article, from the viewpoint of teachers as subject, the authors attempt to explore the value orientation, manner and phases of teacher development, as well as the construction of teacher quality, and give some feasible suggestion. |
