英文摘要 | Nowadays, the utilization of IT in basic education is greatly attractive to society, but in practice, there are still some problems. Teachers, the most important people who put educational reform into the real classroom practice, didn’t apply IT into their classroom effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine why the teachers can use IT effectively, and which factors affect the usage of IT. We consulted some study reports in U.S. and design a survey instrument to assess which factors affect teachers’ use of IT. By analyzing the results, we found that the teachers’ need is the support to teachers. Based on that, we draw several practical principles as a guide to School Administrators. |
