中澳遠程教育機構內部組織結構比較研究

Comparative Study of Inner Organization Structure of Sino-Austral Distance Education Organizations

澳大利亞南昆士蘭大學遠程教育中心在國際遠程教育界享有良好聲譽。本文通過比較南昆士蘭大學遠程教育中心與北京大學醫學網絡教育學院的內部組織機構，發現兩個機構在部門設置、工作內容、人員配置等方面的差異，進而提出國內遠程教育機構要加強人力資源建設及校外學習中心直接管理等建議。

DEC（Distance Education Centre）of University of Southern Queensland is a well-thought-of distance education organization in the world. Comparing the DEC with School of Medical Distance Education of Peking University， the author finds many differences in the setting of departments， the contents of the work， and the distribution of staff. Furthermore， the author suggests the improvements of enhancing the management of human resources and the direct management of learning centres.
