英文摘要 | In the last few years, with the technical development and the application of streaming media technology traditional teaching forms break the restriction of time and space. Internet plays an important role in distance education. the distance education coursewares will influence the quality of study, even in the future development of distance education. therefore, how to measure the quality of distance education courseware is very important. Based on the idea of customer relationship management, the paper analyzed quantitatively the actual result of the distance education courseware. |
