教育信息化促進了教育現代化，而教育網站是這種發展的具體體現。如何對還處於起步階段、水平參差不齊的教育網站進行評價以提高其質量的問題日益引起人們的重視。本文根據整體完備性、科學合理性改進，發揮它對建設者、決策者以及使用者的鑑定作用、診斷作用、導向作用與決策作用。

Educational informatization promotes the modernization of education， while the educational websites are the embodiment of this development. More importance has been attached to the topic of how to evaluate the educational websites which are in the initiative phase and of ragged-quality. The article， based on the principles of wholeness， scientification and feasibility， constructs educational website evaluation index system in four aspects: content， technology， efficiency and development.
