| 中文摘要 | 社會情緒學習於現今教育中成為重要概念,其強調個體對自身情緒的覺察、管理,以及與他人的互動和負責任的行為與決定,皆是重視個體的自我成與他人合作,此概念可以良好的反映現行十二年課綱的重要精神。經許多研究發現,較佳的社會情緒學習能力影響個體的範圍廣大,包括:學習成效、人際互動、未來成就、身心健康等。因此,對於情緒學習需要從小奠基,亦須透過環境教育與支持,共同打造適合國中小學生體驗與學習的環境。是故,學校、教師、家長間的彼此溝通和合作即變得相當重要。 |
| 英文摘要 | Social and emotional learning (SEL) has become an essential concept in contemporary education. It emphasizes individuals’awareness and regulation of their own emotions, effective interaction with others, and responsible behavior and decision-making—highlighting both personal growth and collaborative engagement. This concept closely reflects the core values of Taiwan’s 12-Year Basic Education Curriculum Guidelines. Numerous studies have shown that stronger SEL competencies have far-reaching impacts on individuals, including enhanced academic performance, improved interpersonal relationships, future achievements, and overall physical and mental well-being. Therefore, it is crucial to lay the foundation for SEL from an early age and to cultivate supportive learning environments through educational settings and community engagement, creating opportunities for junior high and elementary school students to experience and develop these skills. Consequently, effective communication and collaboration among schools, teachers, and parents are of paramount importance. |
