区域高等教育合作的新探索--以澳门大学建设横琴校区为例

On a New Attempt at Regional Cooperation in Higher Education：The Case of Hengqin Campus of the University of Macau

澳门回归十周年时，澳门大学开始建设位于珠海的横琴新校区。这是区域高等教育合作的特殊案例。横琴案例的成功实践，必须仰赖其指导思想和战略安排实现三大转变：从[以土地换大学]升级为[以空间换时间]，从盘活地缘资源提升为培育区位优势，从享受[政策利好]转换为彰显[教育红利]。此外，还须在实践操作层面解决好三大问题：吸引足够丰富的生源；提高毕业生就业质量；提升办学质量，凸显办学特色。

A good research case appeared when University of Macau began to construct its new campus in the Island of Hengqin on the tenth anniversary of Macau's return to China. For the sake of success， the development strategy of the Campus of Hengqin must be upgraded from ＂Exchanging Land for University＂ to ＂Exchanging Space for Time＂， from ＂Using Regional Resources＂ to ＂Cultivating Location Advantages＂， and from ＂Enjoying Policy Preference＂ to ＂Forming Dividend of Education＂. In practice， three problems about Hengqin Campus must be addressed， including how to attract enough students， how to promote employment of the graduates， and how to cultivate its specialty and improve its quality.
