中文摘要 | 本文通过构建指标体系,应用因子分析、聚类分析和相关分析等方法,采用2000年和2006年横截面数据对长三角城市群的高等教育与经济水平之间的协调度进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:在整个[十五]期间,长三角城市群整体高等教育水平与经济发展水平的协调程度明显增强,从不均衡、差异发展跨入到均衡、协调与可持续发展之中;协调的程度也由最初的低水平和中低水平协调逐步跨入中高水平甚至高水平协调行列。在综合分析的基础上提出政策建议:一要实现分工与协作,打造高等教育与经济发展新的[双增长极];二要进行整合与联动,实现高等教育与经济发展新的[双一体化]。 |
英文摘要 | The paper conducts an empirical study on the degree of coordination between higher education and economic level in the city group of Yangtze River Delta from the perspectives of factor analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis. The research shows that, during the "Tenth Five-Year" period, the coordination level between higher education and economic development level was markedly enhanced. From an unbalanced development to a balanced, coordinated and sustainable development, the degree of coordination had gone through low and medium low-level to medium high and high-level to medium high and high-level. It is suggested that, on the one hand, in order to create a new "double growth pole", there should be reasonable division of labor and collaboration among cities in the Yangtze River Delta; on the other hand, integration and interaction are also indispensable among these cites, so as to realize a new "double integration". |
