中美两国八年制医学博士临床能力培养的比较分析

The Development of Clinical Competence of M.D. Students：A Comparison between China and U.S.A

八年制医学博士教育是我国医学教育国际化的重要改革措举，属于医学精英教育，对学生的临床能力要求较高，笔者对我国八年制与美国八年制(4+4培养模式)医学生的临床能力培养现况及差异进行了比较分析，以借鉴美国的成功之处，为改进我国八年制临床能力培养模式，提高八年制临床能力提供参考。

The 8-year Medical Doctoral education， an important reform initiative in the process of internationalization of China’s medical education is elite-oriented and has tough requirements for students’ clinical competence. The paper conducts a comparison of the way to develop medical students’ clinical competence between China and the United States， in a bid to provide some references for the improvement of clinical education in Chinese medical schools.
