研究目的
本研究旨在探討心理與藥學雙專業整合運用於心理諮詢的成效,以
及理解心理諮商專業學生參與雙專業整合模式的學習經驗及實務反思。
研究設計/方法/取徑
本研究採取混合研究設計,邀請15位碩博士學生,進行為期一學期的心理諮詢與藥物雙專業結合的系統化訓練,其中13位學生全程參與研究(2位學生因故未參與課前/後施測)。量化研究方面,以「諮詢自我效能量表」為研究工具,在課程前後進行心理諮詢能力的測量;質性研究方面,則以敘說分析法,分析參與者在接受系統性訓練後的經驗。
研究發現或結論
量化分析結果顯示:參與者接受訓練後,在諮詢自我效能量表的「對心理諮詢的認識」、「藥物心理學的認識」與「文化敏感度」皆達顯著水準;質性分析則指出:(1)在雙專業整合之學習經驗與覺察方面,參與者能增進心理諮詢知能、辨識與鄰近專業的區別、澄清諮詢的功能與角色,以及深化對諮詢倫理議題的反思;(2)在雙專業整合之實務能力與反思方面,參與者能培養藥物機轉知識、增進諮詢應用能力、促進系統合作觀點,以及提升多元文化敏感度;(3)在雙專業整合之發展與應用部分,則展現形式開發及主動推廣、角色定位與建置支持系統等層面。

1.建構雙專業整合模式,協助參與者學習心理諮詢的多元模式,以雙專業整合發揮心理諮詢效能。
2.探究實務經驗,了解參與者對於雙專業整合的學習及實務經驗,提供未來心理諮詢工作之指引。

1.強化學校心理諮詢課程的開設與培育並提供在職進修機制,以提升助人者的心理諮詢能力與專業自我效能。

英文摘要
Research purpose
This study explored the effectiveness of integrated psychology and pharmacy as a dual profession in psychological consultation. The objective was to understand the learning experiences and practical reflections of psychological counseling students who participated in this dual-profession integration program.
Research Design/Method/Approach
The research participants were 15 graduate and doctoral students who underwent a semester-long systematic training program that integrated psychological consultation and pharmacology. Thirteen students completed the full study, while two did not participate in the pre- or post-assessments. A mixed-methods research design consisting of both quantitative and qualitative analyses was employed. The quantitative component utilized the“Consultation Self-Efficacy Scale”to assess participants’consultation competencies before and after the training. The qualitative component employed narrative analysis to explore participants' experiences following the structured training program.
Research Findings or Conclusions
The integration of quantitative and qualitative findings revealed the following key outcomes: (1) The implementation of this consulting training enhanced consulting abilities, as evidenced by improvements in various aspects such as enhanced understanding of psychological consultation, pharmacology, and cultural sensitivity. (2) Learning experience and awareness of dual-professional integration included: enhanced knowledge and skills in psychological consultation, differentiation from related professions, clarification of counselling functions and roles, and reflection on ethical issues in consultation. (3) Practical skills and reflections on dual-professional integration included: cultivating knowledge of drug mechanisms, enhancing consultation ability, promoting systemic collaboration perspectives, and improving sensitivity to multiculturalism. (4) Development and application of dual-professional integration involved developing forms, proactive promotion, role positioning, and building support systems.
Research Originality/Value
1. This study constructs a dual-professional integration model that facilitates participants’learning of diverse approaches to psychological consultation, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of consulting practices through dual-professional cooperation.
2. It explores practical experiences, with the aim of understanding participants’learning and professional reflections with the dual-professional integration model, and to provide guidance for the future
Educational Policy Recommendations and Applications
1. Strengthen the establishment and cultivation of school psychological counseling courses and provide on-the-job training mechanisms to enhance the psychological consultation abilities and self-efficacy of counselors.
2. Regard system collaboration and multicultural sensitivity as important capabilities for psychological consultation training and cultivation to improve the quality and effectiveness of psychological consultation.
