日本國立大學法人化改革的哲學探析

A Philosophical Analysis of the Corporatization of Japanese National Universities

日本从2004年4月1日起，将全国所有的国立大学改革成独立行政法人。在改革方案出台以及改革推进过程中，社会各界对此次国立大学法人化改革始终存在着赞成和反对声音。这些赞同和反对意见与高等教育发展史上的两股重要哲学思潮即高等教育的认识论和政治论有着千丝万缕的联系。从高等教育哲学的角度来分析这些赞成和反对声音，能更清楚地认识国立大学法人化改革的深层次问题。

The reform of corporatization of national universities has been hotly debated in Japan. Some people agree with the university corporatization， but others oppose it. The different arguments and opinions are much related with two philosophies of higher education， namely， the epistemological philosophy of higher education and the political philosophy of higher education. A philosophical analysis of the different opinions on the university corporatization can deepen our understanding of the process of the corporatization of Japanese national universities.
