According to the Hard power-soft power Principle of Leverage， the international promotion of Language-culture is of strategic importance which usually adopts two forms， namely， cross-border organization and foundation. The so-called Confucius Institute with a mission to promote Chinese language and culture abroad has brought a new vision for international promotion of language-culture and it also has set new challenges for our language education.
