英文摘要 | There are some opposite views against problem-based learning (PBL) despite its worldwide popularity in the field of medical education. The author systematically analyzes specific aspects of the PBL methodology and raises doubts about the ideas and effects of this approach. Then the author gives a set of new assumptions which should drive the development of future approaches concerning case study and introduces a case-reading course which has been successfully implemented. It is helpful for us to understand positives and negatives of this view and analyze carefully while we are reforming our medical education practically. |
