From the Principle to Context：Views on the Territorial Boundaries of Two Theories

新公共管理与多中心治理理论是70年代末以来具有广泛影响的理论主张，本文简单阐述了新公共管理与多中心治理两种理论，同时评介了这两种理论对高等教育领域的影响，并提出了一些可资借鉴的经验。

Theories of New Public Management and polycentricity governance are the most important theories since the late 1970s， with wide─ranging implications for the theory proposes， this paper illustrates the New Public Management as well as polycentricity governance and evaluates the impact of these two theories on higher education sector， so as to offer some helpful suggestion to improve our higher education.
