近现代我国师范教育的学费制度研究

A Research on the School Fee System of Normal Education in Modern China

中国师范教育学费制度数经变迁，采用何重费制对师范教育发展至关重要。本文尝试对中国近现代师范教育学费制沿革做系统梳理，初歩得出的结论认为，中国师范教育学费制度在结构上是由若干要素共同组成的有机整体，它包括作为主导的公费制、作为辅助的自费制、作为保障机制的服务期规定和相关惩罚制度。此基础上，本文对师范教育到底应该采用何种引征做进一歩探讨。

The Fee System of teacher’s college education has been changed several times in past century. Which type of school fee system should teacher’s colleges adopt is an important issue. This article attempts to illustrate the changes of school fee system in modern Chinese teacher’s colleges， and finds that the school fee system， consists of three parts：the leading part of the public spending system， the auxiliary part of private spending system， as well as the safeguard mechanism which contains stipulation of service time after graduation and the correlation penalty system. And the paper raises further discussion of which fee system should be adopted in teacher’s colleges on the basis of the finding above.
