| 中文摘要 | 本研究以世界衛生組織(World Health Organization, WHO)與聯合國教科文組織(UNESCO)共同倡議的「讓每所學校都成為健康促進學校」(Making Every School a Health-Promoting School)全球標準為理論脈絡,探討南臺灣一所都會型小學(化名:健康國小)於111至113學年度推動健康體位促進計畫之發展歷程、策略模式與成效。研究採個案研究法,透過文件分析、校園觀察、半結構訪談及健康行為數據蒐集,檢視該校如何因應空間侷限、師資負荷與社區資源限制,逐步建構具在地特色的「SHAPE健康促進方案」。結果顯示,該校以行政支持與教師專業社群為核心,整合課程教學、家庭參與與社區夥伴,形塑具制度化與永續性的健康促進模式;學生運動頻率、飲食習慣及體位指標均呈現顯著改善。研究進一步指出,小校情境中「空間再配置」與「工作再設計」為推動關鍵,並提出跨校聯盟與區域合作之建議,以提升政策擴散與永續性。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study, grounded in the WHO–UNESCO global framework Mak-ing Every School a Health-Promoting School, investigates the three-year implementation (2022‒2024) of a healthy body weight initiative at a met-ropolitan elementary school in southern Taiwan (pseudonym:“Healthy Elementary School”). Using an embedded case study design, data was col-lected through document analysis, on-site observations, semi-structured interviews, and health behavior surveys. Findings show that the school developed a locally adapted SHAPE model (Specific, Healthy, Achiev-able, Prevention, Enjoyable) that integrated curriculum, administrative support, teacher professional learning communities, family involvement, and community partnerships. Over three years, students’physical activ-ity frequency, dietary behaviors, and body composition indicators signifi-cantly improved. The study highlights micro-space reconfiguration and workload redesign as key strategies for small-school contexts and pro-poses regional collaboration mechanisms for sustainable scaling-up. |
