高校教师智能结构一般分为研究型、教学型和小区服务型三种类型取向。优化教师智能结构要充分考虑高校的不同类型，要根据大学类型制定高校教师智能结构优化策略。优化高校教师智能结构策略一般包括形成共识和经费专用、成立机构、制度保证、依托项目、明确内容五个方面的内容，在其中的细微处，不同类型高校的具体措施要体现出差别。

The intelligence structure of university faculty can be divided into three types：research─oriented structure， teaching─oriented structure and community─serving structure. To optimize the intelligence structure of faculty should consider differences among universities. The measures of faculty optimization generally include five points as follows：forming common understanding of expense， establishing institutes， building guarantee system， relying on projects and confirming contents. And in the concrete， these measures should be adjusted in accordance with different types of universities.
