中日重点大学交流与合作的现状及特征

The Current Situation and Characteristics of Exchange and Cooperation between Chinese and Japanese Universities

进入新世纪，中日大学交流特别是重点大学之间的交流与合作，在规模和深度上，都达到了前所未有的水平，其特征表现为留学交流从单一的个体留学发展到校际共同培养，校际合作”强强”为主，产学合作有同有异，合作流向从”日高中低” 逐歩向”并行线”转变等。中日高教界应该抓住时代机遇，使两国的重点大学交流与合作上新层次。

The exchange and cooperation between Chinese and Japanese universities have been reaching a new level both in scale and in depth since the beginning of the 21st century. It can be characterized as a shift from individual behavior of studying abroad to joint training programs based on cooperation between Chinese and Japanese first─rate universities. And simultaneously， the cooperation relationship has also changed from a pattern of Japan initiative to equivalence. Within such context， both Chinese and Japanese first─rate universities should take use of the opportunities in this era to further their exchange and cooperation.
