大学教师与当代大学精神建构

University Teachers and Cultivation of Modern University Spirit

大学教师视大学精神的继承者、传播者和创造者，大学精神对大学教师具有凝聚、激励、导向作用，两者是相互影响相互促进的。近年来，我国高校在大学精神和师资队伍建设方面都不同程度地存在问题和困惑。应当将大学教师队伍建设和大学精神建构结合起来，才能推动大学持续、健康、协调发展。

University teachers are the force to follow， disseminate and create modern university spirit while university spirit has the function to unite， encourage and guide teachers. In current China， both cultivation of university spirit and development of university teachers are getting into difficulties more of less. As far as cultivation of university spirit is necessarily combined with development of university teachers， a sustainable development of universities can be realized.
