中文摘要 | 自我认知是指个体关注自己的情感、态度以及对待特定情况的行为反应。对于医生来说,自我认知能使他洞察到自己的情绪对医疗服务可能存在的影响。可见,这种洞察力能够提高医生专业服务水平。本文回顾了已发表的关于提高医学生自我认知能力的文献,将针对自我认知能力的教学方法分为直接与间接两类,对于需要进一步研究的问题予以特别关注。 |
英文摘要 | Self-awareness is a kind of human behavior noting his/her own emotion, attitude as well as reacting to specific situations. As a physician, to keep self-awareness can let him/her understand how his/her emotions affect the medical service. Conceivably, such insight may improve the physician professional performance. This paper firstly reviews some reference books about the approaches enhancing the self-awareness of medical students, then introduces the direct approaches as well as indirect ones. Finally it poses some problem about the approaches in order to call for further research. |
