中文摘要 | 主体性是人类活动的源泉和动力,而农村长期的「工具性」教育实践却背离了人的主体性,不仅没有有效地推进农村人口质量对人口数量的替代,更屡屡使农村发展遭遇人才和智力瓶颈,使经济、文化和教育发展陷入难以摆脱恶性循环。因此,农村发展的根本在于教育的创新,社会主义新农村建设的关键即在于摒弃「工具性」教育,实施主体性教育,从农村实际出发、以人为本、与时俱进,通过树立并动态把握人的主地位形成农村稳定的人力资本,推动农业、农村和农民的可持续、科学、全面发展。 |
英文摘要 | Subjectivity is the headwater and momentum of human activity, while the long-term practice of instrument in countryside education deviates from the human subject, and which, in turn, hampers the effective replacement of population quantity with quality and repeatedly put the rural development into the bottle neck of break away from. The essence of rural development lies in innovation in education. The crux of socialist new village construction lies in replacing instrument education with subjectivity education, starting off the rural reality, people-orientated, advancing with times, promoting the continuous, scientific and overall development of villages and farmers by way of dynamically mastering the status of people subjectivity so as to constitute the stable human resources in countryside. |
