By analyzing the multi-factors of the admission criteria for undergraduates in the U.S.A.， this article points out the base of the multi-value orientation， and then puts forward the some suggestions of the value orientation and the education ideal we should adapt， and the system environment we need and the ways to put the value into reality in the undergraduate admission criteria of our country.
