论创新困境的教育体制原因

On Innovation Predicament from the Perspective of Education System

本文以创新困境为起点，分析了造成创新困境存在的传统文化因素和后发展追赶型国家中存在的急功近利的心态因素。教育对一个国家的创新起着极其重要的作用，文章接下来着重论述并分析了教育体制，特别是高等教育体制中存在的对创新起着阻碍的因素。

This paper focuses on innovation predicament and analyzes two factors that caused the innovation predicament. The two factors refer to traditional culture and eagerness for quick success and instant benefit prevalent in developing countries. Education plays a key role in pursuit of innovation. Then next this paper mainly emphasizes on the factors from education system， especially factors from higher education system that hinder innovation in society.
